Legacy of Craftsmanship
Craftsmanship: not just a skill, but a piece of our identity. It connects us to a lineage of artisans, bound by the love of creating something beautiful and new. It is a timeless art that has been passed down for generations. It is a heritage that we proudly carry, a heritage that drives us to continue our craft.
From a young age, I watched my dad weld, make art and fix just about anything. And I learned quickly that working with my hands is my true calling, too.
Despite missing the thumb on his right hand, my father possessed an incredible determination and resourcefulness that allowed him to fix and make anything. His resilience was inspiring, and he passed his knowledge onto me. My dad and I would always celebrate completing our projects with a High Four. It symbolized our bond, strength, and unwavering spirit to face life’s challenges. My father's thumb may have been missing, but his perseverance and love has left a permanent mark on my life.
Over the years, I’ve honed my skills through countless hours of practice and experimentation. Each project has been a labor of love, and a testament to my dedication to craftsmanship.
